Error 403 When uploading to ImageQuix gallery

Problem:
I get the following error when I am trying to upload my Project to ImageQuix gallery:

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
at Flow.Lib.FlowBackgroundWorkerManager.worker_RunWor kerCompleted(Object sender, RunWorkerCompletedEventArgs e)

Cause:
There is an issue with the IQ account:
1. No more credits for uploads
2. Account has not been fully setup

Solution:
Have the customer log into the IQ account site and add more Credits or change to an Unlimited plan. Or simply finalize the account setup.
