With Microsoft discontinuing its support for XP & XP PRO operating systems, we find ourselves in the untenable position of our support for these operating systems going forward. True, Microsoft will still continue to offer support, for a hefty fee, to large companies, but that doesn’t include you or us.
Because it is extremely time consuming to tech support FLOW and RipLynx on XP or XP Pro operating systems we will have to implement a special service charge, something we have never had to do in the past but find it necessary to do for operating systems that are no longer supported by the authoring company.
We will do everything we can to treat an XP or XP PRO tech support call as a normal support issue, but if it becomes abnormally difficult or extended in time, we will have to charge a special service charge to help resolve your issue.
